With a foundation rooted in 15 years of dance, my approach to movement is both disciplined and deeply intuitive—something that has supported me for nearly four decades. After stepping away from dance for five years, I felt a clear inner calling to guide women back into their bodies.
While working as a textile designer on Fifth Avenue, I completed my certification in mat Pilates, anatomy, and biomechanics at Pilates Academy International in New York City.
Pilates became a pivotal turning point—offering a refined framework for strength, alignment, and longevity. I applied this work to rehabilitate my body after two torn hip labrums, deepening my understanding of the nuanced relationship between physical tension and emotional holding.
My classes seamlessly integrate barre, blending the artistry of dance with the precision of modern movement science. Each session is thoughtfully layered with breathwork and moments of stillness, creating space for both physical refinement and internal awareness.
The experience is both energizing and grounding—designed to leave you feeling strong, aligned, and fully connected to yourself. I believe true embodiment is cultivated through a balance of strength, awareness, and presence, allowing the body to become a powerful, supportive vessel for how we move through the world.
